Reseña del libro "Unpublished Recent Research Papers on Vampirism: A Collection of Research Papers (en Inglés)"

This in-depth study and intellectual investigative research reveal that there exists a meagre minority of vampires who resume their former life after their death, who do not entertain an insatiable psychosexual bloodlust but have merely returned to their former life rather incognito in order to fulfil or achieve a certain valid purpose. Such vampires are quite harmless and gather an altogether different nomenclature as "Real Revenants" which denotes the individuals who have returned to their former lives for the fulfilment of some valid purpose. These Revenants, it is discovered, belong to two categories and the writer has identified them as (1) Avengers and (2) Achievers, in terms of their purpose of resuming their former life. The Avengers' second lease of life consists of quite a shorter period, perhaps even a period of less than six months, within which time-span their mission has to be accomplished whereas that of the Achievers' is rather long perhaps, even equal to their former life-span. The Avengers' sole purpose of resuming their former life is to avenge or wreck vengeance on the perpetrators of crime who were responsible for their untimely murders in their previous life. When they find that proper justice is not meted out or cannot be meted out to these perpetrators of crime in the normal course of administration of justice or if there is a miscarriage of justice in whatever form, they come back to their former life and somehow or other surreptitiously bring about the demise of the culprits. Once their mission is accomplished, as there is no further purpose of living anymore, these Avengers simply wither away leaving no traces of their existence. Nonetheless, the Achievers' coming back to their former life is rather different; they are those who meet with their death unexpectedly and untimely; they have reluctantly left behind many important incomplete tasks, duties and obligations, or even unfulfilled agendas. Thus, invariably they return to their former life for the mere purpose of completing those tasks, duties and obligations. However, they preserve their present existence as a safely guarded secret even without disclosing it to their loved ones, lest they would be considered as avatars, apparitions or ghosts and naturally become tainted with the inevitable social odium and stigma from the society. The writer's in-depth research has elicited well-documented and reliable information in regard to both Avengers and Achievers belonging to the Revenant category that happened to be historically authenticated personalities as well as currently living true personalities living among the society at large rather incognito.
