Her career has spanned over thirty successful years within the industry, and she is now an author, public speaker and founder of Lotus Training and Crackpots Food Co. This book has been written with the intention of giving some insight into how to be a better leader, bringing your teams to success and creating success in your business and career in the Customer Service industry. MESSAGE FROM THE AUTHOR No, I am not one of those people who has climbed Mt Everest, or one of those people who has made millions of dollars building a successful empire. I am also not someone who has studied about motivation, or how to inspire people. This book is just my honest 'learnings' from over the years. My learning came on the job, I learnt the hard way, making many mistakes along the way, I have failed and won, but ultimately, after learning on the job on how to grow myself and my teams around me, and learning from my mistakes, I made myself successful. At the beginning of my career, I became a Leader without any management experience at all. In my career, I have travelled the world, raised my son whilst travelling, working and living overseas and made some good and bad decisions along the way. I wrote this book to help others who might be making the same mistakes I made over the years, and I hope to save others the heartache of 'silly' mistakes when trying to inspire yourself and the teams around you.
