Nk matter how difficult life feels and how dark it sometimes looks, all you have to do is just to bear the pain n feel the darkness .you don't need no one to care bout yyou.i have experienced that hurt and the low spirits. I have felt the pain and loneliness. Writing these letters has given me the opportunity to share my own experience with you.try to read at least one letter everyday, I hope the letters can help you to work on healing yourself or even to ask for the support you need .you just need to don't give up.
