I realize that this book will create a great deal of argument. It has never been easy to challenge the consensus because the Structure - of any kind, in any context - will try to save the status quo, by all means possible. Having spent 27 years in the field of business management, science & technology, and healthcare, and having published many papers and 4 books on different aspects of technology, science, management, economy and innovation, I feel obliged to share my knowledge, analyses, and conclusions.
