INTRODUCTION Hardly can you see a Job vacancy without 2-5 years working experience and where do you get such experience before you can get the Job? This book helps, by adding or teaching the practice of management. Millions and millions are looking for job on daily bases; only the lucky few people were selected. The question is why?¬ because schools offer teaching of the subject of management in theory and the Job interview questions come in practical form. The missing gap here is the experience; only the experience candidates were selected. This book will teach you the managerial experience. I went to Job interview sometime ago, and I find that the question was embarrassingly simple, but I look around and I discovered that my fellow Job seekers were unable to answer one single question correctly; I turn myself to be a lecturer which was against the rule of conduct of the interview, just for them to scale through their Job questions but I was penalized by the interviewer and my paper was separated from the rest of the Job seekers and all the students that I assisted were selected for their Jobs and they all called my telephone line to say thank while I was left out of Job. Management examination questions is not a straight forward answer, if your answer is yes, you have to discuss and if is no, you have to discuss both yes and no will earn their own marks but the ability to prove your points better makes difference. After I failed my first attempt in management examination of Chartered Institute of Bankers, I joined my friends in the failure class, finding solution to our common problem. Some has failed management examination for 3 to 4 times and it's the only management that held them down from getting their certificate, we ask those that manage to pass the management paper and they told us that the secret comes from one book and one gave me his photocopy of the book because the book is no longer in the Library and we all make more copies from the original photocopy and we both read from cover to cover and we all passed with distinctions. My own copy of the book and my working experience is what I use to prepared this book.
