During the 2028 U.S. presidential election a mysterious signal is heard from the wreck of a Nazi World War II U-boat at the base of the Caribbean. The radio signal emanating from the wreck is a simple three word German phrase - “Luzifer ist hier” (“Lucifer is here”). A CIA research vessel is sent to investigate the wreck and the site of the signal. But the U-boat is no longer there – it has been salvaged by sinister German billionaire Leopold Densher in an attempt to rescue priceless art that was being transported from Germany to South America during the last days of World War II. Among the paintings is a top secret Nazi document from 1943 which will alter the state of the U.S. Presidential race. Special CIA Agent Jake Bradley has been assigned to track the origin of the Lucifer Signal and stop Densher from disastrous interference in the 2028 American presidential election.
