In the modern world, the search for efficiency is essential for the level of knowledge and willingness to acquire more knowledge that each person, firm or company has. However, while living in a world where the main systems of production and work are anchored in machines, tools and methods extremely technology, the search for work more efficiently also passes by the ability of reasoning and by the value of the intelligence of the people, especially in knowing how to recognize the reality and the theoretical and technical conditions that produce this reality. As stated above, there is not a cultural level which is absolute and that limite the possibilities of being and living of individuals. The art of being faster than the other, to know to impose it without fear, knowing change, knowing how to listen, learn to please others, namely filter information, trusting yourself, learn to manage your time, to see beyond the obvious, working with the right tools, to love share without fear, have focus, valuing others, be creative, and especially not to accept peacefully the constructions and considerations that others make about itself, contributes significantly to have a professional and personal life more interesting, more just and more rewarding in terms of mental health, Material comfort and spiritual dignity. And in the background, this is what really matters.
