This is a heartwarming, and sometimes laugh-out-loud funny story of a two-month adventure shared by a shrewd and witty Golden Retriever and his best friend Bob, as they travel America in a twenty-six-foot motorhome. Indiana's conviction of being more intelligent than other canines is evident in his clever accounting of the day to day occurrences and challenges they overcame. Burdened with a flaccid tongue, he has developed subtle gestures which convey his emotions as well as question issues that create havoc to his analytical way of thinking. He's quick to criticize Bob, but also makes clear his undying commitment and loyalty, there-by showing, the bond between a man and a man's best friend is unbreakable. This story can be enjoyed by older children as well as adults.
