There are times when many of us feel unwanted, unloved, and just simply feel like we don't belong. Having these feelings can cause us to have many negative thoughts about ourselves, low self-esteem, many depressive moments, and sometimes even attempt to commit suicide. We tend to engage in unhealthy relationships, under value ourselves, and accept very inappropriate actions upon us from others, doing this just to 'fill the void' and to find some type of peace and love from others. Deep down, all we really want is to be loved, accepted, and cherished. Depression can bring us to our lowest points. On top of that, many of us go through even more traumatic situations that can lead us to jump off the edge. In this book, you will learn about my story of feeling inadequate, as though I was just not good enough, being involved in toxic relationships to 'fill the void', going through homelessness, the feeling of wanting to take my life away, and being diagnosed with depression. In this book, you will also learn about how I was able to overcome my depression and how you can get out of your state of depression as well.
