I honestly don't believe that employers and employees realize how common this detraction from productivity and profit really is. This book serves several purposes - first to make people aware of this annoying, unhealthy habit or group of habits; secondly, to address the issues in the workplace and in our personal lives, and lastly, to develop healthier, more rewarding behaviors that will allow us all more success.
