Utilizing has inspired value system, and thoughts from studies of government, religion, psychology, and philosophy, he proposes a plan to first help create individual and world peace by building a United World Government. Glenn goes on to describe his thoughts in terms of individual and world love and happiness, and domestic and world issues. He believes that with his plan, we can all bring heaven to Earth.
