Mommy, Mommy quick come here, I can't find them anywhere. So begins this hilarious, rhyme by a dearly loved writer and exhausted motherwho survived the trials and tribulations of raising triplets. Beth Bauer wrote this story when her children were young and life was chaotic. Blueberry Illustrations has interpreted the story beautifully with their colorful illustrations and attention to detail. The story is voiced by the older daughter who is privy to the shenanigans the triplets get into and hopes her mother will solve of the problems as well as give her some attention. Mommy is the person who must take care of her children, do housework, cook, play, and teach her children important lessons during a typical day while trying to save quality time for her older daughter. This frenzied crescendo of daily tasks leads to a very funny and fitting ending. Because of its simplistic rhyme and whimsical illustrations, Mommy, Mommy, Quick Come Here will delight readers of all ages.
