Bella's parents started her education a couple of yearsbefore she started school. She began writing in 3rdgrade. Simple poems and stories branched into songsand music about a year later. Being reared on opera andGerman music fostered a lifelong interest in languages andvaried ethnic music. Friends of many faiths and nationalitiesbroadened both literary and musical interests and outputover the years. A seagull flying over a parking lot sparkeda series of stories about a friendship between a dog and abird. Taking a break from music and writing, Bella doveinto silversmithing and other forms of jewelry making, butthe death of a dear friend restarted poetry and composing.She now lives in southern Nevada, writing poetry, songs, and stories about whatever piques her creativity. Bella hasa BA in German, almost a degree in Music Therapy (needing towork interened), and, most recently, a Master's degree in SpecialEducation, Mild to Moderate Disabilities.
