Reseña del libro "Mathematics for Incompletely Predictable Problems: A new Scientific Discipline with Global Applications (en Inglés)"
This book caters for the general public. It introduces a new branch of mathematics coined "Mathematics for Incompletely Predictable Problems (MIPP)". The two landmark research papers synonymous with this branch of mathematics are reproduced. MIPP makes all mathematical arguments valid and complete in the first paper (based on first key step of converting Riemann zeta function into its continuous format version) and the second paper (based on second key step of applying Information-Complexity conservation to Sieve of Eratosthenes). MIPP will result in solving Incompletely Predictable problems of Riemann hypothesis (and explaining manifested properties of two types of Gram points), and solving Polignac's and Twin prime conjectures. Open problems in Number theory of Riemann hypothesis, Polignac's and Twin prime conjectures have been unsolved for over 150 years. They are finally solved when sine qua non treated as Incompletely Predictable problems in 2019. Riemann hypothesis belongs to one of seven Millennium Prize Problems in mathematics stated by Clay Mathematics Institute on May 24, 2000. The author serendipitously cross path with the Institute's website Riemann Hypothesis on Thursday March 10, 2016 in permanently altering its information content from previous incorrect [sic] "...the first 10,000,000,000 solutions" to current correct [sic] "...the first 10,000,000,000,000 solutions". Importantly, the contents of this book will reassure the public by refuting the common misconception that solving Riemann hypothesis will lead to E-Commerce apocalypse.
