Reseña del libro "Living Life In The Moment: "Life is what happens while planning other events." ...John Lennon (en Inglés)"

Someone once said. "Life isn't measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take your breath away." Each one of us has about 80 years to live out our vision or dreams of what we want in life. Ok, some more, some less, but a good number of years anyway! How do we accomplish this, so at the end, whenever that is, we have no regrets that we should have enjoyed and got involved in life more around us. Living Life In The Moment: is a collection of short stories about living in each moment; sometimes humorist, but always thought provoking as you finish each chapter. When I was younger, friends and I would sit around a campfire at night and just talk. Lying in our sleeping bags looking at the night sky and pondering, imagining, and sharing thoughts about our various life experiences. I have a storytelling writing voice and hopefully, in sharing these stories, you will gain insight into the valve of simple daily life. My wife saids "a normal day is a good day." Those days when everything is crazy and stressful is when her saying is so true. All this means as I share in these stories is to discover and cherish the daily special moments around you. I write in the story titled "Bucket List," that life isn't a list of things to do, but a quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson says it so well: "Life is a journey, not a destination." I attempt to make my own living style more "in the moment of the journey" as various life opportunities just happen. I try to find opportunities daily, showing interest in people, engaging them with an inquiry about their lives. The "what if" imagination thoughts come to the forefront as it takes thinking "outside the box." My wife and I have experienced an assortment of extraordinary as well as simple special moments. And these are some of the stories in this book that I write about. It's important for each of us to have quiet moments in our lives; to regroup. Hopefully, by reading these short stories, they might engage you to discover your own. Reviews from readers: "The author offers unique, heartfelt and often humorous insights into the many gifts and challenges that life offers us." "He writes with such raw emotion and insight about life. He truly is a gifted author. He writes as if he is having a conversation with you, and makes you appreciate the "little" things in life." "I love his homespun humor and wisdom..." "Readers can jump right in and find enjoyment plus inspiration throughout his stories..." "He is one of the great storytellers of our time..." Proceeds from books sold are dedicated for community programs in "Over The Rhine," Cincinnati, Ohio.
