Former Houston Police Department Special Investigator, Casey Reno, is searching for his missing daughter, Heather. Divorced and broke, he is sought out by billionaire "Uncle Sid", who has a missing grand-daughter, Alice. Uncle Sid funds the search work by Reno, who is given the code name "Mars", and Uncle Sid provides all necessary resources to help Reno find the missing girls. A beautiful female former FBI agent, code name "Venus", is also hired to work with Reno on the same cases for Uncle Sid. At Sid's request, Venus arranges a meeting with the "Brown Mamba", Houston Hispanic gang leader Mauricio Rios Barerra, in the hope he can provide information to locate the missing girls. Meanwhile, 18 year old Annie, a truly unique beauty, is the 4th girl snatched from her home in a brazen kidnapping by the self proclaimed "entrepreneur" known as "the Clown". Annie is carried away to the Clown's secluded ranch for his sexual pleasure and "training" prior to her sale to the highest bidder. Some missing children are rescued by Reno, but the girls who are the object of his frantic search continue to allude him. Then a tip changes every thing and a rescue is attempt is underway.
