But with so much at stake, it is hard to keep other stakeholders away. Corporate and governmental players are placing their bets on what cyber riches should be like. Only it turns out the carefully screened winner turns out to have ideas and ideals of his own -- as well as a few high rollers who want to put their own bets on his and our future.
