Reseña del libro "Dreamer (en Inglés)"

Noah Willowby has struggled with mentally tormenting recurring dreams, lies, and questions since he was ten years old. As his life evolves as well as the world around him, he finds himself in the brutal dichotomy of an apocalyptic world - a world with only one leader. This such man is Jack King, and after a rescue on his part, Noah is captivated by the man as well as the city he has built - the last city on earth. Adapting to an unsheltered and uncensored city where creativity is outlawed, Noah is captivated by the discovery and story of the strange and jaded Dreamers. Noah develops inscriptive and twisted allegories as to why the world before him ended, and this carries his change up until his death as his reverence for Jack King turns to hatred and resentment as he loses everything he has in the world. Noah is murdered as the city turns on itself to weed out the Dreamers, and he wakes up in the seemingly perfect dream world - which he soon discovers to be another clouded lie. Noah is brought to the city's leader, which is none other than Jack King's father. Noah reluctantly agrees to harness his Dreamer abilities through Peter King's training while also finding love and war in the dream world as well as himself. As his training is complete, Peter and Noah are to return to the real world to eliminate the Dreamer war that ended the world as well as Noah when all hell breaks loose once more, bringing Noah back to the real world to find the city in ruins. The war has raged on in his absence, and he seeks shelter as well as answers. Through sheer brutality and courage, he finds both as he struggles to pick a side and fight for who he is or who he has become. As the war shrouds Noah as well as his entire existence, he becomes broken and lost as he battles both father and son who had haunted his dreams since the beginning, losing family, friends, and himself along the way. In the end, he is forced to carry the weight of the world to find escape from the city, the dreams, and his own regretful past.
