As an observer/participant, for several decades, as a social worker, of the effects of the social dynamics of a district of Toulouse, I set out to detect the founding elements of a remarkable dynamic of cooperation. From the 1960's to the 1990's, initiated and then relayed by the associative authorities, this dynamic was constantly renewed. Need to write, to describe, ... Our indignities, our revolts, our resistances, need stories, not to wallow in the mess of feelings, to keep open the windows of life and try to make epic our wage servitudes! You will find all the ingredients of an era on stage. Political decisions occupied to make the short scale to insatiable wills of power, destructive of any process of cooperation, of the public policies harnessed to the promotion of effects of announcement and ready-to-wear projects, ephemeral articles of an opulent "catalog of the Rout".
