The Minor Prophets are anything but minor. They were categorized this way because of their length relative to the "Major Prophets." Zechariah is the penultima of the Minor Prophets. His writings are not easy to comprehend, but the use of Zechariah by the New Testament should alert us to his importance. Though the message of this book was first delivered to the Jews of the fifth century, the message also resonates to believers of every age.
