Now a master mariner, he finally returns home to Scotland, happy to be reunited with his familyonly his family is gone, disappeared, and a stranger lives in the home he once knew. It turns out his family moved to the New World, and he is determined to follow. His long journey begins as he searches for his mother, father, three brothers, and younger sister. Along the way, he meets with old friends, makes some new ones, and even creates a couple enemies. Still, alls fair on the high seas as John seeks to find his lost family. Loyal to his blood, the mission will not be abandoned, no matter the daunting danger.
