This short book reproduces the wild flower watercolors painted by Charlotte W. Throop during her summer travels in Switzerland in 1887 and 1889, all preserved in a personal album. Included are her penned thoughts and experiences surrounding the paintings. Also included are two of her beautiful Swiss landscapes, as well as scenic sketches by her husband, Montgomery Hunt Throop - prominent attorney and legal author, made during the same Swiss travels.
